Today I got a surprising phone call from Kosova. Jo has a phone over there that can call the States from a land line, but it wasn't Jo... it was a few of my sweet Kosovar friends! I was able to talk to Ana, Dardan, Milot, and Nderim! They were over at Jo's having an Inauguration Party for President Obama, as funny as that is. What a blessing to hear their voices and to hear them say how much they miss me. I truly miss them all so much and it's so wonderful to know that they really do want me to come back. The relationships we built last summer were not just a one summer thing; I am so grateful to be able to go back and see them again and to keep investing in their lives and their community. I am expectant of a fabulous summer. It will be challenging, but I can't wait to face it!
